mango lassi

ngredients for 4 persons:
1 cup yogurt
1/3 to 1/2 cup water (depending on how thick you like it)
1/2 cup mango pulp (better if you find the Alphonso quality – you should easily find this tinned at your local Indian store)
3 or 4 tbsp sugar
½ tsp either cardamom powder or grated nutmeg
Slivered almonds to decorate
method . Put the yogurt, water, mango pulp, sugar and either cardamom powder or grated nutmeg in a mixer and mix for 1 or 2 minutes, until all the ingredients are well combined.
 Pour in 4 glasses and decorate with some slivered almonds.  Drink cold (you can also add ice cubes to it).
